You can be informed of new projects before they hit the market by working with Portland Condos. We will notify you when a new condo association become available for reservation or sales contracts.
This section lists condo projects that are currently under construction as well as proposed future projects, including both new construction projects and conversions of apartments to condominiums.
A word of caution: The sales agents in condominium sales office are working for the developer/seller, and not you the buyer. The seller normally pays a commission to Buyer’s Agents who look out for your interests and represent you as a buyer. Since this service is paid for by the seller and benefits you the buyer, you should have a Buyer’s Agent in your corner.
